7. Implementing in production

After the change agent and support engineer are happy with the results of the testing environment and documentation is ready, it is time to plan the implementation to the production environment. You always have to make sure that users are informed when the change will take place and what the new situation will be. Provide documentation before the change is implemented and make sure expectations are set properly. If not every problem related to the system or service is fixed, make sure to communicate that this change will be a step forward and then list what will be improved. Never create the expectation that after this change, there will be no more of the problems there once were, because there are always problems that you are unaware of even though the user is not.
